By using our services, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.1. No Prepayment for UsersUsers never pay in advance.Payment to a paid explorer is made only at the meeting spot, after both parties confirm with the OTP check-in.2. If the Explorer Cancels / Doesn’t Show UpNo payment is made.The user can request another explorer.The no-show is recorded and affects the explorer’s rating & visibility.3. If the User Cancels / Doesn’t Show UpSince no money is taken in advance, there is no refund needed.The no-show is recorded and affects the user’s reliability score.4. If Either Party Leaves EarlyPayment terms are agreed before the meeting starts between the user and explorer.Gengies does not mediate or process partial refunds once a meeting has started.5. Service Quality Issues (After Payment)If a paid explorer does not act as agreed (e.g., refuses planned activities, behaves unprofessionally), the user may report the issue within 24 hours.Gengies will review the case, and if verified, the user will receive a full or partial refund, and the explorer may face penalties (rating drop, suspension, or removal).6. Venues (Restaurants, Cafés, Event Spaces, etc.)Venue onboarding and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable, even if the venue cancels or chooses to discontinue.By using Gengies, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
